Celebration Packaging launches disposable paper cutlery in retail packs

Celebration Packaging has launched its disposable and fully recyclable paper cutlery range in retail packs.

The company has been supplying disposable paper cutlery to the foodservice and takeaway sectors.

An EU ban on the sale of single-use plastic cutlery comes into force 3 July this year, and in the UK the banning of other single-use plastic items is still being debated.

Nick Burton, managing director, Celebration Packaging, said: [Packs of paper knives, forks and spoons are already on-shelf with a leading retailer in Norway, and will soon be available here in the UK.
