Our factory workroom occupies an area about 1000 square meters.We are supplying worldwide high-end paper boxes such as empty eyeshadow palettes,paper tubes and cosmetics series of packaging boxes.

We provide one-stop service in-house from packaging solution ,graphic design ,sampling, printing ,production and shipment .We have a strong R&D team which is formed of product developing engineers and graphic designers both home and abroad.
After graphic design,we make samples by automatic laser sampling machine .This is our prepress department ,equipped with high quality digital printing machines,the color of our digital proof is very close to final offset printing result.
We have CTP3 digital ink control system and Heidelberg 105CTP.Artwork sending by computer can be made into printing plate directly here.
We have 5-color ?Automatic offset press and 4-Color Heidelberg offset printing machine .Our color management system together with our operator`s rich expertise ensure the beautiful restoration of colors.
After printing,the printing sheets are sent for die cutting .We have 7 manual die cut machines and 2 automatic die cut machines .Surface processing like hot foil stamping ,lamination,silk screen printing ,special UV effect are further processed on the printing sheets.

This is our grey board slotting machine,box made by slotting machine has straight and beautiful lines and angels.

For mass production,we have automatic shell mounted machine ,full automatic box gluing machines ,semi automatic box gluing machines and complete handmade production lines to meet demands of different boxes.

Our stable and highly experienced handcraft workers are one of the key elements for high quality products.We have 12 quality control staff,Strict quality control is applied from raw material,printing,finishing,handcrafting to final packaging.
